TFP Model Release: By booking a session with Archer Photo & Video you agree to grant permission to use the finalized content in a promotional or commercial capacity. Ownership rights of the images are by law already that of Daniel Archer of Archer Photo & Video and by scheduling/agreeing to a session, you are agreeing to allow permission to publish/use any finalized content from the session. All posted TFP shots require a tag when posted/shared anywhere. It is very important to me that potential clients are able to find me when they see the images we have produced together.
Paid Session Photo Release Form: A Photo Release Form may be provided by the model before a session, to be signed. This form if you decide to provide one, will allow you print/commercial usage rights for the finalized images. You will need to discuss/negotiate the terms of this form with me BEFORE the shoot day. If you would like any or all of the photos/video from a session to remain private, I am happy to accommodate that.
Rescheduling: Rescheduling is subject to a 50% non refundable deposit to be paid before the session can be rebooked. No acceptions. If the following rescheduled session is canceled or you fail to arrive for your session by the time allotted, you forfeit your deposit.
Alterations: At NO point should there ever be any alterations to the final product delivered to you. NO Cropping, NO Tone Changes, NO Color to Black & White, NO removal of my watermark, NO EDITING OF ANY KIND. With applications like Instagram, or others where an image needs to be put into a square size, you need to add bars or a frame to keep the image at it's correct proportion with none of the image missing. There are several apps that this can be accomplished with, OR if you would like, I am happy to send you square edits for that purpose. My goal is always be as accommodating as possible to make sure that you as the client are always happy.
In some sessions you will be given a version of the RAW images for you to make your choices for me to edit. These photos are under no circumstances meant to be saved/shared/distributed or used in ANY way other than to make your choices. Some may have a "baseline" edit that may make them look edited, but that does NOT mean they are finalized, and it does not mean they are meant to be saved. Failure to adhere to these rules will mean immediate break of the professional relationship and could potentially lead to legal repercussion.
